CartosomeTx is built around Cartosome™, our targeted delivery platform. Cartosome™ is a fusogenic LNP–exosome system designed to get the right payloads inside the right cells in the bladder, starting with STAT3‑driven non‑muscle invasive bladder cancer.

Rather than developing a single drug, we are building a delivery backbone that can be adapted to different payloads and, over time, to other hard‑to‑reach solid tumours. Bladder‑first gives us a focused place to prove that Cartosome™ can safely and effectively deliver intracellular therapies where they are needed most.
